Hello again, workout fans!!!!!  How was your week?  Hope it was as productive and wicked fun as mine!  And in the name of gettin’ it done and gettin’ results, let’s get started onlogo the topic for this weeks blog!  Veterans, seniors, people who are disabled, in a wheelchair or in any way incapacitated and how they can greatly benefit from using the Ultimate Workout and Recovery System.

You know, guys I actually did a lot of contemplating on this one.  I wanted to truly “get” how this awesome product could help those that are bed-ridden, injured, or in any way in need of repair.  So I took it upon myself to do some exercises in bed.  I really cannot express what a difference a week has made on my overall mental and physical health!  I feel amazing and am enjoying a new sense of adventure and ambition for life.  I’m sitting here shaking my head cause it’s absolutely true.  I feel better, I look better, I have increased energy and I actually feel more focused!  Who wouldda thought?

The sense of control over their own bodies, minds, and lives would be priceless.  What about your buddy from the gym who tore his rotator cuff?  He might just want to exercise at home so he can get back up to par without judgement.

Or your beloved grandparent who might think they are too old or weak to exercise–believe me, this system is so low impact ANYONE can do it.  Imagine how good they would feel knowing they can STILL get it done at any age!  Grandpa might feel so good about himself, he finally asks out Mabel from down the street.  I’m joking a little but, why not?  And what about those who are stuck in bed or in a wheelchair?  Depression and anxiety can sink you pretty deep when something like that happens.  But again, getting control of you body, your mind and building your strength up is so key to keeping a positive mindset.  When you start to feel good, you start to do things you never would have thought possible.
