Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ultimate Workout and Recovery. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. If you have any questions, contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and accepted. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification with tracking once it ships.

Larger and bulk orders (including our multi-unit Ultimate Workout and Recovery Systems) may require additional processing or build time; we will communicate an estimated timeline after your order is confirmed.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. or have a special delivery requirement, please contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com before ordering so we can arrange a quote.

Shipping rates and packaging

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our products ship in one of two standard package configurations:

  • Large package: 46 x 36 x 5 in, up to 48 lbs
  • Standard package: 24 x 28 x 16 in, up to 28 lbs

Bulk orders may ship as multiple packages or by freight; freight shipments will be quoted and arranged directly with you.

Delivery estimates

All delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, customs (where applicable), and other factors outside our control.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. As stated in our Terms of Service, once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@workoutandrecovery.com (and retain all packaging and photos of any damage) so we can work with the carrier and make it right. Claims for visibly damaged shipments should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase; additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship such orders.
