Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully (including items, sizes, quantities, and specifications) before completing your purchase, and to reach out with any questions beforehand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind our products. Contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As noted above, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, without limitation, sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Because all sales are final, please be sure to select the correct item, size, and quantity before completing your purchase. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com and we will make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com, and we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Except where required by law (such as the European Union cooling-off period described above) or in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item that we agree to remedy, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Where a refund does apply, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@workoutandrecovery.com.
